“ Came in for a solo dining meal after seeing the menu online - This place is really fantastic. The quality of the food is top level. The service was welcoming and friendly, with Rhiannon behind the bar making some insanely good cocktails (shoutout to the Smokey Old Fashioned). It’s such a nice mix of atmosphere between the elevated quality of the food and cocktails and the unpretentious and friendly service, with a whole bucket of different house made barbecue sauces. Highlights were the delicious cornbread muffins with maple butter, the brisket with the horseradish sauce and all the other BBQ sauce options, the Mac n cheese, and the stuffing with gravy. And shoutout to Rhiannon who was extremely knowledgable about the restaurant menu and is definitely a great ambassador of the establishment as I knew more about it than when I came in and am definitely compelled to come back to try more of the menu in the future. ”

“ Great place with very good BBQ and fantastic service (thank you Delaney)! I visit/try tons of BBQ places all over the US in addition to running my own BBQ business in Norway and I will say that this place puts out BBQ that for sure is in the upper ranks! I would come back for sure. I ordered: - Cornbread (came hot and very moist with a delicious compound butter on the side) - Mac’n cheese (perfectly creamy and cheesy) - Potato salad (creamy, but fresh and subtle taste. Perfect together with the meats as it does not take focus, but kind of stays in the background) - Brisket lean (perfectly cocked with a good fat render and perfect bark. You can tell they started off right from trimming all the way through to slicing and serving) - Pulled pork (perfection! Very moist and juicy and a smoke taste that does not overpower the pork) - Ribs (fall off the bone, but does not fall apart) - House sausage (technically well executed smoked sausage, but the seasonings did not hit my personal preferences) - Banana pudding (very good classic dessert that is a nice ending to the meal) ”

“ 1st time here and definitely not the last! The atmosphere was something you don't usually see in this area. Western themed but tastfully done with unique touches like an illuminated tree on the ceiling and natural gas lamps. Service was very polite and even turned on the basketball game we requested. Food was your standard bbq. Meats were good, not outstanding but good. The sides and drinks were very good. I will say about half the meats were quite spicy which I loved but my 10 year old did not. Overall, great experience and will be coming back. ”

“ My wife and I got dinner here, and it was as good as ever. The quality really shows in the meats amd they have four barbecue sauces as each table for you to try. For the ribs, we recommend the plain without sauce because you can always try different ones at your table, but my wife didn't care for the sweet one that came on the sauced version. I was a fan of the original sauce. Our recommendation is the multiple meats and sides option. Would go again! ”

“ Excellent service and delicious BBQ. We were able to sit out back with our dog and the crew was very accommodating with quick helpful service from the bartender and our server Megan. The BBQ was absolutely amazing, the pork melts in your mouth and the Brisket was smoked to perfection. We stuffed ourselves for 20 per person. If we ever come to Fargo again this will be a must stop. ”
